Shop Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery:

Once you place your order i aim to have it dispatched within 24hrs excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery of shop items are currently only being shipped within the UK by Royal Mail 2nd Class FREE of charge estimated 2-3 days for delivery. 

 

Returns:

Once you have made a purchase in the shop you have 28 days to return if you change your mind from the day you receive the item. Just contact myself as soon as possible to inform me that you wish to return and once received and item is in same condition sent then i will issue a full refund inc return postage. 

If you receive a damaged item that you need to return then again let me know what has happened and once item has been received i will either refund in full inc postage or resent your item and give a partial refund for postage depending on what you have requested.
